India Government Tenders API
Structured, matchable access to Indian government tender notices.
A read API over aggregated Indian government tender notices, with bounded filters, cursor-based paging, faceted search, and a match endpoint for fitting tenders to a buyer profile — built for procurement and bid-tracking tools rather than manual browsing.
What it does
- Bounded list, detail, similar-tender and facet endpoints, plus a coverage endpoint that reports how fresh and how large the underlying dataset is.
- A match endpoint accepts a buyer profile and returns tenders ranked against it, rather than requiring the caller to re-implement filtering client-side.
- A verified coverage snapshot (2026-09-25) reported 38,916 unique tenders, 21,646 active records and 732 contributing sources through the production gateway — a point-in-time figure, not a live counter on this page.
Endpoint contract
“Public” routes execute without credentials. “Auth-boundary” routes reject unauthenticated calls — that proves the route exists and is protected, not that it has been exercised end-to-end with a paid key.

All three tiers carry a hard monthly request cap — there is no metered overage above the cap.
Current limitations
- Coverage separates verification freshness from content freshness (`last_seen_at`) — a tender can be freshly re-verified without its underlying content having changed.
- A free companion browser extension ("Tender Fit Alerts") uses each user’s own RapidAPI subscription rather than a shared key — it does not include API access itself.
- The coverage figures above are a snapshot from one verified request, not a live-updating counter.
